Thank you for shopping with ENLumiVolt. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Lebanon and select countries across the MENA region. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@enlumivolt.net.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Lebanon: 3–7 business days
- MENA Region: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
6. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at support@enlumivolt.net with your order number and photos. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
